With the closure of Irrattional Games still relatively fresh, Ken Levine decide to take to Twitter to post about what he had envisioned for BioShock on Vita. Levine said he wishes he could make the game, but his publisher and Sony just couldnt make a deal.

I think we can safely assume that BioShock is never actually coming to Vita. We haven't seen this mysterious game since it was vaguely referred to back at E3 2011. And franchise creator Ken Levine basically rang the death knell for the project on Twitter last night. He said, "2K and Sony couldn't put a deal together when I last checked. They seemed way more optimistic about this back in 2011...
